| Peer Support is the use of active listening problem solving to assist people who are our peers. In this program, we acknowledge disabled people as our peers. We offer peer support, resources, information, and referral. There are no costs to participate in these groups. You do not have to be a CRI consumer to attend the groups. |

Cross Disability Peer Support Group
The All Disability Peer Support Group has been meeting since 2002. This group discusses all aspects of living with different kinds of disabilities. It meets every Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:30 pm.

Mental Health Support Group
This group is for people with mental disabilities, and meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 1 - 2:30pm. The meetings are at the CRI offices in Santa Rosa. It is recommended that one attend a "Tools for Stability" workshop before attending the support group, but it is not required.
